Placing an order with us confirms your agreement to our Terms and Conditions as set out below. This does not, however, affect your Statutory Rights under the Distance Selling Regulation - which are incorporated into our Terms and Conditions.
Minimum order value £5.00 - Orders under £5 may incur additional charges to cover postage charges; or have the amount refunded - at our discretion. We will only send out product overseas on signature-tracked basis, and fully insured for your own protection. As a result we will need to follow up order requests on an individual basis quoting for postage and packaging. An email will be sent requesting payment which will be at cost.
We endeavour to keep our descriptions of the products we sell as accurate as we possibly can and support them with photographs. The photograph will be of the item if it is unique and of similar crystals if they are standard product - such as tumblestones or bracelets
Natural Products
Most of the products we sell are of a natural origin, therefore, quality, weight, sizes, colour, markings and shape may vary from the examples given (particularly with items such as crystal based products where markings vary enormously from item to item - each is unique). However, we aim to be as consistent as we can in how we describe and represent them. There are also natural flaws and other inclusions which are part of the crystal matrix and impart unique characteristics to each piece, unlike manufactured items these are inherent.
For all orders of all natural products, especially clusters, minerals and all other specimen products which have been specifically ordered, we cannot guarantee to provide a particular quality, shape, colour, size or weight of product. However, once goods, have been accepted under the agreed conditions of sale as specified in the invoice, full payment will be required. Acceptance is deemed to have occurred once goods have been retained and or used for a period of not more than one week.
You should also be aware that not all computer systems used for browsing the internet are of the same standard and can be setup differently. In particular video monitors can render colours differently from that of the original photography. Where we think it necessary we include colour as part of our product description but if you are in any doubt, please call us, we are happy to answer your questions.
To order, just click ‘add to cart’ button, you can view your order any time by clicking on the ‘View cart’ button at the bottom of each page. To order one of the multi-choice items, please click on the drop-down menu and select before clicking on the ‘add to basket’ button. This will ensure you get the item of your choice.
You can remove any item by clicking on the ‘remove item’ section on the order page. When your order is complete just click ‘go to payments’ button on the order page and enter credit or debit card details. Your card is charged by PayPal when goods ordered.
Orders by post – – please complete printable form Order Form or indicate item description, quantity, colour and size as relevant or. Include name and address. Send with cheque to the above address. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to C Dowell. Cheques will not be accepted in foreign currency
Delivery
All orders over £5 are delivered free in the UK; most goods being sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. Orders under £5 may incur an additional charge, commensurate with current postal charges.
Heavy items are sent by parcel post or courier. If an Order does not turn up as expected, check with your local Post Office depot to see if they are holding it for you. It is very common for a package to get returned to the depot if you are not there to receive it. When this happens, the postman should, put a card through your door to tell you, but in our experience that doesn't always happen. You can generally claim compensation for non-delivery if a package is sent by Royal Mail (so long as it wasn't caused by you not being available to accept the package of course) - Please see the Royal Mail website for details because the rules do change from time to time. We keep recorded delivery and proof-of-posting slips for 3 months and can assist you with any claim. Delivery details can be obtained by entering the Recorded Delivery Number into the Royal Mail Website which we can supply on request.
For delivery outside UK extra charges will be incurred due to insurance and tracking. The minimum charge for this is £6.00 and all charges are at cost.
Goods sent within three working days of cleared payment. All goods remain the property of CrystalFantasy until payment has been cleared.
If you have any specific requests for items which are not shown, please email us and we will send photographs and descriptions of items which are not displayed on our website Please note that if items are specifically ordered and supplied, they cannot generally be returned unless faulty.

To pay by Credit Card all you have to do is click the "Buy Now" button by the item you want and give your details. All transactions are through PayPal on a Secure Server with state of the art security for your complete confidence.
Your order will be despatched within five working days, unless we are out of stock, in which case we will email you any potential delay, a refund will be issued if you do not wish to wait.
If a ‘one-only’ item has been sold just prior to receipt of your order, we will refund any monies paid.
Most goods will be sent by recorded delivery with Royal Mail. Delivery outside the UK will incur extra cost to cover insurance and tracking. This must be paid before despatch.
Returns & Cancellation Policy
Under UK law you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days after the day the goods were received, with the exception of items pre-ordered and supplied to a particular specification.. If you do decide to cancel you should notify us of your intention by Email (or other durable form such as a letter). The goods must be returned to us unused and in their original packaging, where possible, and at your own expense. Provided the goods are returned in unused, original condition and properly packaged we will issue full refund. In the interests of hygiene we cannot issue refunds on return of earrings if they have been worn.
This "returns and refunds" policy in no way affects your consumer statutory rights.
Please advise any shortages in your delivery, as soon as possible, by email to crystal@snowybear.com and we will replace shortages and / or refund, though we cannot replace unique products.
Please note that some of our products are unique and unable to be replaced, therefore, if one of these has been purchased and either lost or damaged in transit, we will offer a full refund.
Please note that due to Health and Safety concerns, we cannot accept the return of earrings. This exclusion of returnable goods is covered under the Consumer Contract Regulations (previously known as the Distance Selling Regulations)
Any products that have been made to order may only be returnable at the discretion of the seller.
For goods that are received damaged due to Post Office or Courier, we will refund or replace after we have received returned items, . Please ensure these are securely packaged and that you obtain proof of posting certificate. We cannot accept CDs back unless they are unused and in original wrapping.
Disclaimer
We can offer no warranties or guarantees with regard to the therapeutic or metaphysical properties of any product we sell. As far as we are aware, there is no formal scientific proof to substantiate that crystals, talisman, amulets or other artifacts we sell to cure or alleviate any particular medical condition and we therefore make no such claim. You must decide for yourself whether you believe in their capabilities and carry out your own research to collect such evidence you to satisfy your needs.
IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL PROBLEM - You should always seek professional medical advice. Nothing on this site should be considered as a substitute for doing that.

Disputes, Law, Jurisdiction and Language
Crystal Fantasy is based in England and is governed by English law. Any dispute shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law whereupon the English courts shall have jurisdiction over all disputes.
This website www.crystalfantasy.co.uk, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website (ie your purchase and our delivery) are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.
