Wheat bags have been used as an alternative therapy for many years, with added lavender for scented relaxation. Warm them up and take them with you on cold days - they will keep your coat pockets extra cozy and keep those fingers supple and functioning. Try squeezing these aromatic pouches to exercise arthritic or stiff joints. Simply heat in a microwave on full heat for 2 minutes. They can also be placed in the fridge (in a polybag) to ease headaches and bruises.
